Bought this after my third physio appointment went nowhere. The dial actually stays put when you're swinging. Every other one I've tried slips within the first game. Not perfect but it's the best I've found.

I have chronic tennis elbow. I've had two injections and can't have any more for a while, so I have to brace it nearly all the time. I've tried a few braces and honestly this one is my favorite so far. That said, as with anything, there are pros & cons.
PROS:Relatively narrow so it doesnt take up a bunch of your arm adjustable once it's on which is HUGE. It makes it so much easier to fine tune the amou nt of support I need. This is huge and the biggest selling point to me. No Velcro - velcro braces seem to wear out, get stuck to stuff, collect fuzz etc. I love that this one is without Velcro and the biggest pro is that it absolutely works to create a new "anchor point" for your tendon thereby allowing the injured part to heal (hopefully)
CONS: The adjustment dial sticks out pretty far so you won't be able to hide it under a sleeve or anything. It uses these tension strings to pull the material tight, and if they get out of alignment as they're pulling tension, you have to back up, readjust them, and start over. Not many cons in my opinion. I'll be wearing it daily, so if I have any issues, I will come back and update this review. But for now, if you have tennis elbow, absolutely try this out!
